Standard Affiliate
Our standard affiliate program offers you 20% of each sale. You can place a banner, link or button on your site and we will place a cookie for one year onto a potential customers computer. If they buy hosting that year then you will be credited with that sale.
Discount Affiliate
Our discount affiliate program offers you 10% of each sale and allows you to provide your customers 10% off any purchase. You are provided with a promo code that your customers can enter in at checkout and they receive the discount and you receive your commission from each sale.

Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions General These terms and conditions pertain to an individual and/or company's participation in the bluefur.com Affiliate program. 1.Joining the Program By filling out the following form you will automatically become a bluefur.com affiliate. Your participation in the program is solely for this purpose: to legally advertise the bluefur.com's site and services to receive a commission based on products purchased by your referred individuals. 2. Revocation of Affiliate Status Your affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons: Inappropriate advertisements (False claims, misleading links) Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc...) Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities Violation of intellectual property rights (copying bluefur.com material other than Site material and/or material proposed in our member area). bluefur.com holds the rights to terminate any affiliate. If any affiliate is terminated for inappropriate conduct we hold the right to retain commission and seek restitution for any damages incurred by the offending affiliates actions. 3. Linking to bluefur.com You may use graphic and text links both on your web site and in emails. The site may also be advertised "offline" in classified ads, magazines, and newspapers. You must use the graphics and text provided to you by bluefur.com. If you would like to use your own content please submit it to affiliate@bluefur.com for approval. 4. Affiliate Commissions You will be paid referral fees for every successful bluefur.com product purchase via online credit card orders. You will NOT receive affiliate commission on products bought by yourself or your company. Affiliate commissions will be paid out monthly when the payout fee is $100 or higher. Anything lower then $100 will be pooled. Commission from each sale will be paid out the month ending 45 days after the sale. All commissions will be paid in CDN Dollars. If the referred product was refunded, money was reimbursed or a credit card charge backs occurred, bluefur.com has the right to deduct the appropriate commissions. 5. Terms of the Agreement These terms will begin upon your signup with the affiliate program and will end when either you or bluefur.com terminates your affiliate status. The terms of this agreement may be modified at any time by bluefur.com. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your affiliate status. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change. 6. Liability bluefur.com will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program. bluefur.com does not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program and/or products sold at this site. We make no claim that the operation of bluefur.com will be error-free and will not be liable for any interruptions or errors. 7. Obligations Regarding Your Site a. You will be solely responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of Your site and for all materials that appear on Your site. Such responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the technical operation of Your site and all related equipment; creating and posting product reviews, descriptions, and references on Your site and linking those descriptions to Our catalogue; the accuracy and propriety of materials posted on Your site (including, but not limited to, all bluefur.com Product and Services - related materials); ensuring that materials posted on Your site do not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party and are not libelous or otherwise illegal. We disclaim all liability and responsibility for such matters. b. We have the right in Our sole discretion to monitor Your site at any time and from time to time to determine if You are in compliance with the terms of this Agreement. If You are not in compliance We may terminate this Agreement immediately. 8. Policies and Pricing Customers who buy bluefur.com Products through the Affiliate network will be deemed to be Our customers. Accordingly, all of Our rules, policies, and operating procedures concerning customer orders, customer service, and bluefur.com Product and Services sales will apply to those customers. We may change Our policies and operating procedures at any time. For example, We will determine the prices to be charged for bluefur.com Products sold under the Affiliate Network in accordance with Our Own pricing policies. Prices and availability of bluefur.com Products may vary from time to time and region to region. Because price changes may affect products that You have listed on Your site, You may or may not be able to include price information in Your product descriptions. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to present accurate information, but We cannot guarantee the availability or price of any particular product. 9. Emails and Publicity You shall not create, publish, transmit or distribute, under any circumstances, any bulk electronic mail messages (also known as "SPAM") without prior written consent from bluefur.com for each and every day when any bulk mailing will occur. bluefur.com , in its sole discretion, reserves the right to reject each and every email mailing. Additionally, You may only send emails containing an bluefur.com affiliate link and or a message regarding bluefur.com or bluefur.com's affiliate program to person(s) who have been previously contacted and whom consented to the fact that the affiliate will be sending an email containing bluefur.com information or information about the bluefur.com affiliate program. Failure by You to abide by this section, in any manner, will be deemed a material breach of this Agreement by You and foreclose any and all rights you may have to any commissions. 10. Governing Law The laws of the Canada and the Province of British Columbia will govern this Agreement, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Any action relating to this Agreement must be brought in the federal or provincial courts located in British Columbia and You irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. You may not assign this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without Our prior written consent. Subject to that restriction, this Agreement will be binding on, inure to the benefit of, and be enforceable against the parties and their respective successors and assigns. Our failure to enforce Your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of Our right to subsequently enforce such a provision or any other provision of this Agreement.
